On the morning of January 14, 2009, President Zhao received Comrade Cao Guang, chairman and party secretary of Chengda Engineering Company, new general manager Liu Yiheng, marketing director Zhao Xiaowu at the headquarters. President Zhao congratulated General Cao and Mr. Liu on their new roles. The two sides held a series of fruitful talks on past cooperation and future cooperation, which were full of cordiality and friendly atmosphere. President Zhao said that the continued all-round cooperation with Chengda is of great strategic importance to EDRI.
